Modular System Demonstration
Please note - I have used high definition photos which may be slow to load
Step one.
Thoroughly clean the badge and surrounding areas
using the Electroclean process to ensure the area
is free from any contamination.
Following each step, the badge and surrounding
area is thoroughly rinsed to remove all chemical
residue.
Step two.
The original chrome plating is removed using
the control unit strip facility. The nickel surface
under the chrome is revealed.
Step three.
The nickel surface is prepared for plating using
the nickel activation process.
Step four.
24 carat hard-gold is applied to the badge
surface using the Modular Control unit's
high speed selective plating facility.
Beautiful gold badge !
Total time taken to complete the operation,
under 10 minutes.
